No-Bake Recipe Round Up

Although sweets aren’t seasonal, heat is!! To help keep the kitchen a little cooler this summer I wanted to share a no bake recipe round up!

Okay…you might need to cut me a little slack in that some of these recipes have brief moments of oven time but, I promise it’s never more than 10 minutes and these treats are SO worth it.

1. Vegan Edible Cookie Dough

We’re kicking off this round up with everyone’s favorite no-bake treat. Of course, I am referring to cookie dough and this recipe is totally safe to eat and even vegan.

I love it because it’s super easy to make and can be enjoyed in so many different ways.

Instead of butter, I like to use Miyokos vegan butter and Earth Balance vegan buttery sticks

2. Banana Pudding Trifle

Whenever I am craving something quick and sweet, I know I have my trusty banana pudding trifle recipe!

It comes together so quickly and is made with delicious layers of fresh bananas, sweet vanilla pudding, chopped vanilla wafers, and whipped cream.

It’s creamy, fruity, and the wafers add the perfect crunch!

3. Gluten Free No Bake Cookies

This cookie batter comes together in 15 minutes, doesn’t require ANY oven time, and they’re gluten-free to boot.

Packed with peanut butter these cookies are the perfect balance of salty and sweet.

The amazing texture in these cookies comes from the generous amount of oats and rice krispies in the batter.

It always reminds me of tropical vacations and warm sunny days. It’s truly a no-bake treat that’s sure to bring smiles with every sip.
