I had no idea if I could manage to make anything recognizable out of the hunk of cake but I just did as the instructions said and it did turn into an adorable elephant. ??? Wish I could figure out how to share the photo. I made homemade fondant and it worked great. The cake recipe is amazing (fairly rich I thought despite it just being a regular white cake) The icing worked great as well.
